Terms of reservation
We require your bank card number to confirm your reservation.
You are kindly requested to check in at the hotel before 18.00 and to warn the hotel receptionist should you arrive later.
All fees will be settled by the customer at the hotel reception desk; please enquire with the hotel receptionist.

Terms of cancellation condition
In the event where a deposit has been made using a bank card, reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival, one night will be charged.
If a reservation has been confirmed with an advance payment, the advance payment will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Should the client fail to show up, a minimum fee equivalent to a one-night stay will be charged.
Reservation cancellations are only confirmed once the client has received an e-mail on our part confirming cancellation.
In accordance with French Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you are legally entitled to access, correct and oppose your personal data.

Terms of sales
The general terms of sales and specific conditions are a whole and are part of the sales contract, which must be accepted prior to the conclusion of any sale.
Any reservation request implies the acceptance of these terms of sales and the full acceptance of all their dispositions.
